HCM Beads vs. Heartfelt

I just want to state this and we can let it go. Heartfelt beads have one of the best reputations in the business. This doesn't take away from any other product in any way. Heartfelt didn't earn the reputation by accident though. It came from quality and service. If another mfg thinks they have a better product, earn the title of "The best" by proving yourself honorably. In the cigar world, honor is more powerful that in most circles. It's the right way to move up the ladder of success IMHO.

I use HCM beads and am very happy, holds steady RH, you may use Heartfelt and be happy with them, what I liked about HCM is that I do not have to spray them, that made a difference for me.

I posted similar questions to him on another forum...with little response.
 
The lack of one, as a potential customer, leads me to move away from his product.
