It was 60 yesterday and have gotten about a foot since last night.

I’ve played lacrosse for maybe 15 years and just restrung my first lacrosse head ever! Turned out it’s my 5yr olds stick and I’m sure it could have done better, but he won’t know!

Replaced a toilet for my first time and it actually went well. Only took about an hour. Usually in this century old house I run into all sorts of issues. Thrilled to have a toilet that flushes on the first try and not the third or forth!!

Conversely, the birds woke me up at about 0600 this morning, just as the dawn was starting to break. I was wide awake, up, and moving before the streetlamps went out. I took the dog for a walk in the cool, crisp air, and enjoyed my day.

Got tired of having to pressure wash, sand, and seal the deck every three years, to only have it look like crap after the first season is over. Would follow all the instructions to a T. Read all sorts of stuff on forums, and watch how to YouTube videos. I’m convinced there isn’t a sealer out there that doesn’t flake or peel after the first year and a half. So, I tore all the decking off and am going to put down Trex. But first, why not add another 8 foot by 16 foot to it. Also tired of seeing our outdoor patio table sit on the lawn ever since we bought outdoor furniture. Looks so Redneck. Wish me luck!
