My son got his 2 weeks ago. It's amazing to not have to leave work to get them somewhere. It's also very expensive.

Now that we are back in the US, I hear it every day from my 17 year old daughter. I mean, gurrrrrrrrl, let us at least get our furniture in the house before you start pestering us about a license.

Where did all my money go?
Showed up to a two unit duplex resedential home inspection. So four individual rental units @ 900 sq feet in two homes beside each other. Both are on concrete slab foundations with no crawlspaces, or basements. This makes me very happy!
