Easy weekend.... fixed a small oil leak on a Learjet and made it home early enough to enjoy a post prandial Davidoff. And it's still above 0 outside!

Beauty!!!! I wanted to get a blue/gray PB before we found our boxer!

I love my Blue boy. But in the French bulldog arena AKC see them as Non Standard. Any thing short of brown is Non standard to them. I can't even show him.

Diet and exercise is paying off. Down 33 lbs and I feel so much better. Weight loss competition is going good but I’m getting beat by 3 women. However 4th right now out of 45 people isn’t to bad.

5 weeks but I really don’t have too much more to lose. I’m 6’8” and I started at 257.8 I’m down to 224.6. No I have just cut out crap and a lot of carbs were I can .

Nice job! Hell, I'm 6'3 and weighed 218 this moring

With 5 weeks left, I bet if you started pushing your fasting window out to 16 or 18 hours, then eating like you are now for 6 hours or so, you'd drop even more weight. You may even win that competition!

Great job losing weight! I changed up my diet in the beginning of the year and have lost 20lbs, had a little hiccup a couple weeks ago but now I’m back in it!

Thursday morning I fly out, all by myself, to Oahu for a family wedding and I don’t get back home till Tuesday night. I’m looking forward to the 12 hour flight where I won’t have to be responsible for any one. Especially people under the age of 5.

 

[Thoughts]

8 year anniversary today to my love I met waiting tables with. We’ve both now been through college and now have three beautiful, already hormonal, girls under 5. Wouldn’t change for the world.
