Good morning all and of course, the coffee is brewin'. Well, they say that we should only have one more day of this hot and sticky weather. After tonight's rain storms, they are predicting mid 70s for the day time and mid to upper 50s at night. That should be nice but they are called weather quessers you know and they have been known to wrong now and then. Anyway, today is Thursday and we'll be at Schlesinger's Cigar Bar this evening for a couple of tasty cigars and few cold ones. So if your in the New Windsor, NY area, stop on by......... :) :thumbs: :cool:

Oh yeah, I hope everyone has a great day and enjoys a couple of their favorites as well!!!!!!!!
 
Talk about hot, sticky and humid! We have total overcast in the DC area with thunderstorms expected today. The Java is up and cooking and looking forward to when the showers pass through when some cooler and drier weather will be here. Hope that everyone has a great day planned to include some good smokes. Enjoy!! :thumbs:

Good morning all and yes, the joe is brewin'. Well, my wife Beth and i are headin' down to Philladelphia in a few minutes and make our way down to the Italian Market and then later on catch the Mets / Phiilies this afternoon. Beth is a big Mets fan and my buddy Bill (Bravo Lima) is taking care of everthing at the game to include a sky box behind home plate. After the game, we'll probably head over to Chickie's & Pete's Cafe which is a huge sports bar and crab house:

Then tommorrow we'll head back to the Italian Market and get all the goodies we checked out today and head back home. Good morning all and just to cay it short, I had one hell of a weekend. I got to run in a couple cause today 1300+ new West Point Cadets show up and we have to be ready for em' no later than 0530. Coffee is on and I got to run. Talk with you all later, enjoy...... :) :thumbs: :cool:

Today is R-Day at West Point. It will be the first one in seven years I will not be a part of. You take care of those wonderful young men and women. They are my heroes!! Good luck processing all of them, and if you get a chance, let them know it will be ok and they will do fine. G-d bless you for watching over them. Have a great one. :thumbs:

We Sax, R-Day went well and today (R+1) we will be issuing out their 2nd day of equipment and as you know, the Cadets are getting a taste of West Point by now. I'll do as you stated patting the ones on their backs that need that motivation and boosting it for the ones that already have it. Coffee is up and the weather looks like a good day to smoke one outside. The day before Independence day is shaping up nicely for a break tomorrow. I hope that everyone has a good last day at work before the well deserved break. For those who have to work, the weekend is not far away. Have a great one and hope you get a chance to smoke a few for the flag despite the fact it is becoming illegal to do so in a lot of places. Enjoy! :thumbs:

Well, today is the 3rd day of issuing the new Cadets here at West Point their basic issue of clothing and equipment My buddy Bill (Bravo Lima) and I have to fit, size and issue 650 pair of running shoes to the other half of the Plebes that didn't get them on Tuesday. It should be a fun day and being that it's Thursday, tonight's cigars and cold ones at Schlesingers will be that much more enjoyable. I hope all of you had a great 4th of July and have another good one today, enjoy....... :) :thumbs: :cool:

Good morning everyone and a big TGIF this week. The coffee is on and it looks like bagels are on this morning's breakfast menu. Well, we finished outfitting the Class of 2011 Cadets yesterday around 1730 (5:30 PM) and I'm so glad we are done. I feel like I was taken out and beatin' with a broom stick with muscle pains all over. I'm sure that in a day or two I'll be back to my ole' self and be ready for another day at the Academy. Anyway, I hope all of you have a great weekend and you get to enjoy a few of your favorites...... :) :thumbs: :cool:

Just got up a little while ago and gonna do a couple of things around the place and then this afternoon / evening beth and I are going over to West Point for the annual 4th of July concert / fireworks. We're meeting my buddy Bill (Bravo Lima) and his wife Carmel there later on for snacks, cold ones and a couple of ceegars. Here is a link to the concert schedule and more info as well:

Good morning all and yes, the esspresso is on. We all had a great time at last night's concert / fireworks at West Point. Enjoyed some tasy treats, cool drinks and of course, great cigars. I'm not sure what we are doin' today but it will be fun and enjoyable. I hope evryone has a great day as well and get to smoke a favorite or two while your at it........ :) :thumbs: :cool:

Good morning all and yes, the joe is brewin'. It was definitely nice to see the Yankees win 12 - 0 yesterday and go into the Allstar break on an upnote. I just heard the weatherman predict the temps for today to reach the mid to upper 90s, damn that's hot. Oh well, I'll be inside enjoying the AC and relaxing this afternoon during the worst of it.
