Well the coffee is on and I am heading out the door! Going up to the Dallas area and drop off the INVITE cigar pass box to preembargo smoke some good cigars and talk a little bit to! Just a 3 hour trip it will be fun! Take care! :D

Morning all and yes, the coffee is on. I'm startin' to get back in my normal routine again after being gone for a good week and all. I'm gonna make Belgium waffles for breakfast and probably BBQ something today as the sun is already shining bright and all. NASCAR today is live from Mexico with the Busch racers on today and the NEXTEL Cup guys have their first weekend off. I hope all of you have a great Sunday and get to enjoy a few of your favorites as well......... :) :thumbs: :cool:

Slept a little late today enjoying the holiday. Wife is cooking up a special meal of which I will enjoy a special cigar afterwards. Sort of one of those glorious lazy days with family that make up good memories. Everyone have a great one. :thumbs:

Monday morning, not as good as Friday morning, but looking forward to a week of good cigars. The coffee is being sipped and just getting ready for the week. Everybody have a great one!! :thumbs:
 
Morning all and yes, the coffee is on. I see that the tempature will be nice and cold again for the next few days, what ever happened to the early spring that they predicted? I hope it comes soon so i can start to enjoy cigars on my back deck again. Anyway, hope evryone has a great day and stays warm........... :) :thumbs: :cool:

Good morning! Coffee's on, the temps' a little brisk but expected to warm to the high 70's today. Should be a great day!

Yup, like Charlie said, winter is back. Below zero temps in the sugar bush. Actually it's a good thing. We don't need spring commin' on in a hurry. Makes for a lousy season. By the way, the early spring was predicted by a know it all flatlander woodchuck, what'd expect? :laugh:

I'm just happy to get that occasional day here and there where you might see 55 or 60 degrees. The kids get to go outside and I get to sneak in a smoke.
I'm with you Devil Doc.....I hate it when it seems like we go straight from winter to summer. :(
 
The kids are up and running, the coffee has been sipped and enjoy and another day begins. The wind is howling outside and the temperature has dropped rapidly into the low teens with wind chil below zero. Winter is going strong in March. Hope all have a great day on this before hump day, the day of a thousand posts. :cool:
 
Good morning everyone and Happy Hump Day. The coffee is brewin' and it's no warmer today than yesterday. I can't wait till the weather / tempature at least raises that I can wear a long sleeve t-shirt and a pair of shorts outside and not freeze. I'm sure it will be here before we know it but I wish it hurries up a bit. Anyway, hope all of you have a great hump day and smoke a favorite of yours if you get the chance........ :) :thumbs: :cool:
 
There is a dusting of white stuff on the ground, the thing to make kids happy. However, it is not enough to build a snowman yet. The coffee is filling the house with is wonderful smell and slowly filling my stomach with its wonderful taste. Hope all have a great hump day whatever the weather you are facing.

The NASCAR boys are racing in Las Vegas this weekend and I hope Dale Jr. has a better finish than the last two that he's had DNFs. Good morning all and TGIF. So far I have a fast and furious week and there is still today to go. Well, the coffee is on and a few of us are going over to the West Point Dining Facility (mess hall) for some good Army chow this morning for breakfast. Went over to Schlesinger's last night and enjoyed a CAO Italia Piazza which lasted me a good 1.5 hours. I didn't see Tom (hudsonvalley) there as I had a package of cigars for him. Maybe the next time I'll have em' with me. Anyway, I hope all of you have a great weekend and smoke a few of your favorites......... :) :thumbs: :cool:
 
Well, by god, we finally got some weather to be proud of around here. Wednesday it was -32 in Island Pond Vt. and -24 in St. J where I was. They say it's some of the coldest March weather in recorded history. I feel better now. It hasn't been much of a winter. Spring starts today I've heard. We'll see.

Today is going to be a hard day. Going to the funeral of a combat medic, SGT Jonathan Cadavero, from the 10th Mountain Division who was killed in Iraq. He will get full military honors. He was the son of a high school friend of mine. G-d bless all those that do the hard thing so we can live in freedom and safety. Everyone have a great weekend. Smoke them if you got them. Give someone you love a hug. :cool:
