Good morning all and I hope everyone gets to enjoy this 70 degrees day that they are predicting for us today. The coffee is on and I'm about to go out and do a little running around town. Doc, if I hear correctly, is it a war you are planning cause my front line is always ready for a battle. Foxholes are dug and machineguns are locked and loaded for your warranted attack :rolleyes: . Anyway, hope all of you have a great one today and enjoy a favorite ceegar you've been holding for a while........ :) :thumbs: :cool:
 
70 here today too. Had a party last night and slept in. Got some bushes to dig out and then level and seed the ground. I WILL have a smoke on the deck today too.

Good morning everyone and yes, the coffee is on. Just finished off a big batch of homemade waffles and now I'm ready for a nice morning cigar. Got a lot of football to watch today as was yesterday. I hope the Jets win for my wife's sake and the Eagles beat the Giants once more this year. We're BBQing wings today then washin' down with a few cold ones and I'm sure that they'll be a cigar or two mixed in there as well. Anyway, hope you all have a super Sunday and enjoy a couple of your favorites as well......... :) :thumbs: :cool:
 
I do hope you have a great Sunday Stogieman. As for me I'll be torn on who to root for having lived in Philly and New York. I think Ill be leaning toward the birds though. we had pancakes in this house and now I have to take down the tree. Have a good 'un :)

Happy playoff football day. Tonight I am going to the Penguins game, and also to the rally to keep the Pens in town before the game. I am sure to smoke a good one at the rally (DC maximus maybe).
 
I'm a big hockey fan too (Rangers) and would hate to see the Pens move... they seem to be getting it together after a couple of bad seasons, and are one of the teams that should contend for the cup in another year or so....
 
Good morning all and the pot of joe is definitely on. It was great to see the Eagles win yesterday but I felt bad for the Jets for the wifes sake. The Patriots just simply out played them in all aspects of the game. Oh well, now it's time to play New Orleans next Saturday. Good morning all and congrats to Florida on that commanding win over Ohio State. The coffee (Killer Beans) is on and muffins are on this mornings menu. Well, I get home last night from work and there's a nice package sittin' on the counter from Hank (Devil Doc). I hear it ticking away like a land mine waiting to get stepped on. I open it up and there's a superb selection of fine ceegars in there and I figure to myself that the Navy has declared war on the Army now. Thanks a lot Doc and all I have to say now is I hope you have your fox holes dug :whistling: . Anyway, i hope the rest of you have a great day and enjoy as well.......... :) :thumbs: :cool:

Good morning all and yes, the joe is perkin'. Couldn't sleep this morning as I've been tossing and turning since 3 AM so I got on-line a little earlier today. I've got another busy day today at the office startin' around 6:30 and I'm sure that there is probably a zillion things waitin' for me to get done. I know of one thing though, I'll be online all day and checkin' in on you all now and then. Have a great hump day and enjoy......... :) :thumbs: :cool:
 
Good Morning to the group -

Got a bunch of documentation to do for work and one of the best things about my job is that I get to work from home every now and then. That means I get to start the day on the deck with a #35 and a big cup of coffee and watch the sun come up before tearing into it. Now, that's breakfast..... :laugh:

Good morning all and yes, the coffee is on. Well, it looks like winter is back on with temps down in the 20s and all but they say that they'll be back up into the 50s by the weekend. Just the right time to watch the Eagles take on the Saints down in New Orleans. Good morning all and TGIF. The coffee is on and bagels are on this morning's breakfast menu. I'm presently taking a course offered here at West Point, RS-102, it's an effective reading (speed reading) and I'm on my 3rd class today. It's 3 times a week and the time in from 0840 to 0935 Mon, Wed, Fri mornings. The stated that we should triple the words per minute we read when the class is over and maintain the same word comprehension that we had when we went into it. We shall see in in 3 weeks if that is true. At least the class was free and offered during the work day :) . Anyway, i hope you all have a great day and smoke a few great cigars this weekend......... :) :thumbs: :cool:
 
Good morning all and yes, the coffee is on. Well, today we have some more football to watch. I'll be rootin' for the Eagles over the Saints and with Jeff Garcia's track record, we have a good chance of beating them. The wife picked up a 9+ pound pork shoulder that we will slow cook all day and after 8 hours will make a huge crock pot full of BBQ pulled pork. Got a few special cigars put away thanks to Hank (Devil Doc), thank you brother, that I will enjoy during the game.
