Good Morning S / BOTL - 2013

Good morning all, the coffee is on as always and it's already Monday morning.  I see that the Yankees didn't get the "W" we hoped for, hopefully they change things around tonight.  Congrats to Jimmie Johnson for taking the checkered flag yesterday in the FedEx 400 down in Dover, DE.  Lastly, we now know that NY Rangers will be taking on the LA Kings in the Stanley Cup starting this Wednesday evening.  I hope everyone has a great week and enjoys........ :)  :thumbs:  :cool:
 
Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's "Hump Day".  I see that the Yankees lost another one, definitely time to turn it around and get some wins.  This evening the NY Rangers will be taking on the LA Kings for the first of the best of 7 games to see who takes the Stanley Cup this year. Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's Friday!   Congrats to the Yankees as they finally got a wn after a run of losses.  Lets hope they keep it up and get a bunch of "W"s for a change.  We went to Butthead's Tobacco Emporium in Danbury, CT last night as a change and met up with Jose Blanco and his beautiful wife Emma along with owner Kevin Page, Barry Stein, Chris McCann and the rest of the crew.  Jose was releasing his new line of cigars, Senorial Cigars.  Very tasty and plenty of favor and creamy smoke.  This weekend will be filled with plenty of sports from the 2nd game of the Stanley Cup finals to NASCAR in the Poconos and of course Yankees baseball.  Hope everyone has a great one and enjoys....... :)  :thumbs:  :cool:
 
Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's starting out as a wet Monday morning.  A big congrats to Dale Earnhardt Jr. driving the #88 National Guard Chevrolet for taking the checkered flag in yesterday's Pocono 400 and for securing a position in the Chase for the championship.  That was Dale's second win of the season as he also won the Daytona 500 this year.  On another note, The NY Rangers are down 0 - 2 and have to win 4 of the next 5 games to win the Stanley Cup this year.  Lastly, the NY Yankees weren't the best this weekend, they didn't get swept thank god.  Anyway, I hope everyone has a good week and enjoys....... :)  :thumbs:  :cool:
 
Good morning all, the coffee is on as always and it's another wet and dreary day here in the Hudson Valley.  Well, the Rangers lost again last night putting the Kings up 3 games to 0.  Never give up I say as they came back on the Penguins after being down 3 games to 1.  Also, the Yankees game was rained out so they'll be rescheduled for a later date.  I hope everyone has a good one and enjoys a favorite or two or........ :)  :thumbs:  :cool:

Well, the Rangers pulled out a win last night and play again Friday evening in LA.  The Yankees also won last night with Tanaka pitching the entire game.  Today being Thursday, we'll be at Schlesinger's Cigar Bar / Hudson Valley Cigars this evening smoking primo stogies and seeing how everyone is doing.  Hope everyone has a good one and enjoys it as well...... :)  :thumbs:  :rolleyes:
 
Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's finally Friday!  We had a good time last night at Schlesinger's, the place was packed with the usual suspects and a few new faces as well.  It was good to see the Yankees win again last night as Jeter went 3 for 4 with a couple of RBIs as well.  The NY Rangers are back on this evening and hopefully they keep the momentum going and win again this evening.  The NASCAR racers are in Michigan this weekend which should be fast and furious as well.  Hope everyone has a great weekend and enjoys........ :)  :thumbs:  :cool:

Good morning all, the coffee has been on since 0415 and it's finally Friday.  Enjoyed an original Pepin Blue last night after spending 3 hours at the tire shop getting pissed.  Finally got the tire fixed, rotated the others but the inspection failed because the check engine light is on.  Dropping off the Jeep this morning to find out what it is.  Anyway, it was good to see the Yankees win again last night and sweep Toronto.  Next up, Baltimore for the weekend series.  I hope everyone has a good one and enjoys...... :)  :thumbs:  :cool:
 
Good morning all, the Killer Beans are on and it's looking like we have another beautiful day on our hands.  Today is the rubber game between the Yankees and the Orioles as we took the first on Friday evening and they came back yesterday with the win.  Also today, the NASCAR racers are out in California on a road race in Sonoma.  There's plenty of World Cup soccer to watch as well.  Hope everyone has a good one and enjoys it as well....... :)  :thumbs:  :cool:
 
Good morning all, the coffee was on at 0430 as always and it's Monday morning already.  Congrats to the USA for ending up in a tie with Portugal yesterday, hopefully the same or better is the result with Germany so they can advance.  Also a big congrats to Carl Edwards for winning his first road race in the NASCAR curcuit:

The Yankees lost big time yesterday with an 8 - 0 loss, thank god that Toronto lost as well.  There's only a game and a half seperating 1st and 3rd place and we're tied for 2nd with Baltimore.  Anyway, I hope everyone has a great week and enjoys........ :)  :thumbs:  :cool:
