You always use the breakdown of a box price, not the single price.MTovarez said:I'm #9, so here are cigars #17 and #18:
Cigar #17 - Room 101 Namakubi Sucio
SmokeInn - $161.99/20 cigars per box = single price of $8.10
Holts - Does not carry
CI - $171.00/20 cigars per box = single price of $8.55
Serious - $161.95/20 cigars per box = single price of $8.10
$8.10 + $8.55 + $8.10 = $24.75
$24.75 / 3 = $8.25 avg price
Cigar #18 - Room 101 LTD Conjura Edition 4x48
SmokeInn - Does not carry
Holts - Does not carry
CI - Does not carry
Serious - $124.95/20 cigars per box = single price of $6.25 (however boxes are out of stock)
Serious - $6.95 is their single price in stock
Should this cigar be valued at $6.25 or $6.95 based on Serious?
Boy oh boy. This is going to be fun to watch.

I will replace this cigar. I don't want one in the pass where only a single price can be found. I'll have it updated later.Jonesy said:You can go in whatever order you please. Just make sure the cigars you research correspond with the cigars in the lineup. EXP: whoever #12 has cigars 24-25.

Got it. Thanks.Jonesy said:You always use the breakdown of a box price, not the single price.
I was thinking the same thing! I was so confused by the cigar missing on each site.llwydtp said:I'm glad the out of stock price issue came up as I wondered the same thing since a price on an out of stock item may not be as relevant as an in stock price. It also brings up the issue of what to do if one vendor has the cigar on a clearance or other type of special sale and price materially lower than anywhere else.
Sounds good.Jonesy said:I will replace this cigar. I don't want one in the pass where only a single price can be found. I'll have it updated later.
