I just spoke to the post office, and there is a way to recall the shipment, but it has to be done ASAP.
 
Holy shit, this is what happens when You do not pay attention to every thread/post. I used to look and read every one of them till it was taking so much of my time. I guess I got to go back to reading them all again to stay in the loop on things. :laugh: But Spivy is correct it can be recalled but it must be done ASAP, because when it reaches a check point, it needs to be in the data base that it is recalled before it is scanned.

This is a great reason why contact info outside the board should be necessary info sent to the pass host, including email and phone number. I'm not always diligent enough to do it myself, but this is a good reminder that perhaps we should be. Not that anyone ever expects a pass participant to get banned during the pass, obviously they wouldn't be allowed to play, but other things happen like server down time or stuff out of our control.

I hope Jake has a way to get a hold of this guy. Otherwise, don't we have quite a few members in that immediate area that could just drop on by and pick up the pass?
 
I asked Jonesy to hold off on shipping the pass, but it was too late as he had already shipped it...I was afraid this would happen when I saw the sale thread earlier this week. Unfortunately, I was a few hours late getting to Brian.

Brian, If there is a way to recall the shipment, we need to do it ASAP. I'll cover all the charges of shipping the pass back, or re-shipping it. Since all of my contact info is on another computer, if anyone has Jonesy's Phone#, I'd like to get it pm'd to me as I don't have access to the pass contact info ATM. I have JKim's info if I need to contact him, but would prefer it if we could get the shipment re-routed.

Just read that. I sent off an email to JKim, hoping for a response. He has my telephone #, and I have his. If he doesn't return my email within a couple hours, I will give him a call.

Fortunately, we are covered by CPI, but not much in CPI will cover even a fraction of the sticks in this pass given a "worst case scenario." I don't even want to think about that ATM, and hope I can convince Jeremy to do the right thing.

Edit: Just noticed it's Friday the 13th. ???
 
Jeremy will get the pass and forward it to sweetrice.

He's been asked to provide a DC for tracking, once the box is to go out.

Jake and Sweet's have been contacted about this matter.
