Hey Everyone,

Interesting website, how long have you guys been open? I like the Rat Pack homage, that stuff is pretty cool. Also, when are you guys selling the SB Coins?

Thanks for the feedback! We started in Nov, 2009 and our new website just deployed almost 4 weeks ago. We actually hadn't planned on selling the coins individually, we are sending them out to customers who make a purchase in that month...(purchase in July = receive the July coin)

We love hearing from our peers so I appreciate the response!

We are echoing the sentiments we have received as feedback from our new and returning customers.
 
Do you guys happen to have a customer service/order-line phone number?
 
Very misleading claims. Big turn off for me.
Why don't you try the old fashioned way, fair pricing and excellent customer service.

I have to agree. I know that, technically, you could be number one at many aspects of the business like enthusiasm, for instance. But it is still misleading and is a turn off.

That type of "hard sell" stuff won't go over with educated, discriminating clientele.

But we'll forgive you if you sell us good cigars at a reasonable price and stand behind your products.
 
I would have to agree with the sentiments expressed here regarding misleading claims. Ordering on line from somewhere the first time is a leap of faith. If assertions made are dishonest, how could a visitor be blamed for wondering if the underlying business is dishonest?

Also the site has serious layout issues in Safari.
 
Stogie, I can tell you this much. You are hearing from the non-elected, non-payed and non-official board of governors (and major wizards of the leaf). These guys voice opinions that are read CP wide, and others will join in. If you can make the gang happy, you will do a decent business here. If not, I suggest you buy some kevlar. You will get your fair chance I am sure of. As Spock said; Live long and prosper.
