I can tell you that everything being said here is being heard. The reason I joined this forum was to interract with people who share my passion for Cigars, and if you sign up to discuss them on a message board, then you are passionate. We will be constantly evaluating how we do business with the sole intention of providing the customer the best experience possible, so any feedback, positive or negative is important. I look forward to being an active member of the forum and I am excited to get to know the members here.

Good on your response. I do have to agree with Grateful about the Rat Pack. Although it is cool, are they copyrighted in any way? If so, did you guys have to pay to use them?

I forgot to say earlier that one of the things that turned me off to the website is that you guys ecstatically say you're the #1 Cigar Website/Retailer/Grand Poobah. That was kind of a "Duh" moment for me, since I've never heard of you guys. Are you guys going to re-tool that, or just leave it?

I have to agree with PhatCat, how can you honestly call yourself "America's #1 Online Cigar Retailer" when you don't carry one of the most popular NC brands on the planet? Poor form indeed!

We have been listening to the feedback we have been getting on here, and do agree with you guys about the tag line with our logo. We are re-tooling the slogan to accurately reflect our position in the industry. I definitely understand the negative feedback on the tag line, and I appreciate the feedback, whether it is positive or negative.

We actually had a 3rd party conduct several focus groups having people use 5 different online cigar retailers and rate them on functionality, cosmetics, etc....

We do agree though that that statement is over the top and are re-working the site now
