DC-MD-VA-WV Area

OK. You have at least two coming from Charlottesville (my Mate and I) for the herf at Shelly's on November 19th.

CYG, do you still want a ride to DC? You might want to call Shelly's and find out if they will let you herf there even though you are under 21.

What time does everyone plan on showing up at Shelly's? Early, mid, late afternoon? Evening?

Also, has anything been set up for the WV herf?
 
How about around 1pm at Shellys? That will give me time to make the drive from WV, which is about 90 minutes.

We have not set up a definite time for the WV herf, but I was thinking about Tuesday evening. How does that work for everyone? Anytime in the evening/late afternoon is fine with me.

Shadow and Baachus live in Martinsburg. It's about a 20 minute drive for me and junkman is just down the road a bit.
 
I will not be able to make the Saturday herf, a caving trip already planned for that date (200' vertical pit :laugh: ).
Tuesday evening (Nov 22) will work for me though.
Just let me know what time...

Tuesday evening could work for me. I am taking the day off on Wednesday, so I won't have to worry about rolling out for work the next morning. :p Just figure out where and what time and I'll be there.

Steve, the shop closes at 6:00PM so if we want to do something later LMK and I'll get with Bacchus and try to come up with something.
 
Herf at my house (Northern Va) this weekend Sat 1:00 Oct 15th - Oktoberfest & Hold'em herf!!!

Is there any update to the WV herf? Day? Time? Location? Anyway, there will be at least two coming up from C'Ville. Looking forward to meeting everyone.
 
I'd suggest Tuesday, the 22nd. As for the time, I'm up for whatever works the best for most. Shadow indicated that the store we were considering closed at 6pm. Eariler in the day is not a problem for me, but I'll be on vacation that week! :D

Same here. I checked and it's already on my calendar for the correct time.
 
Damn it. You all suck! :sign: The ONE week I will be gone in the next 4-5 months and TWO nearby HERFS are planned. Hope you all choke on your Dutch Masters...

Shadow, is there a cigar bar in Winchester VA or Martinsburg WV we can go to on Tuesday night (Nov 22) for the herf?
 
There is a resturant in Winchester that is very cigar-friendly where we hold our cigar dinners, Bistecca d'Italia. That would be a good location and the food is excellent.
 
It sounds like that would work out great.

I don't think Patrick will be coming. I think he is leaving for Thanksgiving at his folks. Patrick, let me know if I am wrong. It will be just me and possibly my Mate if I can talk her into it. It is about a 2 hour drive. I can leave early from work, but 6 to 7 would work best.
 
I will let some other folks chime in on this , but 6pm would work for me.
 
1 pm clashes with my football activities in Terpville.

I'll have to take a rain check unless you guys will be there at Shellys until late.
