Well, here we are again, the day of the drawing and still some BS going on. I made a few postings airing my feelings, one person has been replaced, and there is another that SHOULD BE. Sorry to say, he is a Michigander #03 Russ Rhoton. It had been pointed out that none of his sticks have been received, even though they were registered each time. :angry2:

Time to add some chlorine to this pool again :whistling:

Bill, I dont know if you have been paying attention to the cigarpool message board, but it appears that Rick's address MAY be incorrect. After a weeks time, he has not posted receipt of ANY winnings, which makes me think that he has not received them. One player has received his package back as of 10am today Wed.

Does anyone else know of Rick? He has not responded to any mailings as of this writing, and I for one am holding off on sending his winnings until I get the address confirmed.

I would love to get these sticks out to him, and hate to think of all those nice ceegars floating around without a home, being abused by our postal service :whistling: No disrespect to any postal workers who may be lurking about!

Uhhh, you still have an obligation to send cigars even if you miss the deadline:

If you fail to register your mailing before 12:00 Noon MST the Wednesday of the next drawing, you will not be eligible to win that drawing but you will still be expected to mail a cigar to the winner. Failure to deliver a cigar to a winner on two occasions will put your CigarPool membership at risk and your number may be made available to someone else.

...And coming onto the field now for kayakinboy is number 64, Mike "no relation to Hutch" Beach, aka preembargo. Mike is a Property Tax Examiner and Licensed Minister in the DFW, TX area with a well documented history of losing just about every contest he's ever entered. It's been reported, in fact, that he already has the next 4 winners sticks packaged and is only awaiting addresses to ship to. (This has yet to be substantiated). With several years in the amatuer arena, this is Mike's rookie year as a professional smoker. What he lacks in experience, he also lacks in other areas, but the kid's got heart and that's gotta count for something.
