I've got an old Gurkha box all wood, measures approximately (interior) 14" long, 4 3/4" wide & 1 3/4" deep. Let me know if it'll work for you and I'll shoot it out you.

I apologize for for slow replies or none at all. I have had a lot of business travel in the past couple of months coupled with an unexpected transfer across country 2 days after Christmas. If you need me for anything, please email me directly at emodx over at yahoo.

In the near future I am going to complete an inventory of the cigars against what I have listed on the site. Once I am finished I'll post a link to a spreadsheet and also post my findings. I'm not expecting any difference as I do keep good tabs of what's coming in. Although, I think I may have tossed a few cigars here and there as a donation and forgot to mark it on the inventory.

I sent sticks in about a year ago and was told that I was covered by CPI, though the sticks I sent and my name were never added to the list. I believe I saved the pm as this was before the forum upgrade.
 
All mine have been covered by cpi but i dunno if it would matter much in the higher end ones nowadays.

Regardless, this was a great idea...but where did emodx go, what are the status of the cigars? I'm supposed to be covered, but am I really? If a pass was lost, would this really come into play now, or did the cigars just become part of someone's personal stash?

I was wondering the same thing when this thread got bumped. It may be time for the torch to be passed to an active member since Emo is never around anymore. It's been a LONG time (around 3-4 years now) since he's been an active member here.

Jake, have you tried to contact him via email?

He hasn't posted in almost 2 years and hasn't logged on in almost one year. I'm sure all the cigars are OK, but like Brian said...maybe it's time to pass the torch.

One thing is for sure, you have to love the guy for all he has done for CP in the past :thumbs:
