Bill Clinton emailed me this morning

From a real estate point of view, if you have a property "listed" and an offer comes in at full asking price with no contigencies (and there's no other offers), you must accept the offer or you are liable to pay the buyer's agent the commission they would have made over the sale. I know this from recent experience.

However this is not real estate, and it really isn't any different than kicking someone out of a retail store, or bar for example.

And especially so since this guy's a Grade A Asshat!
 
Be careful, someone who writes e-mails like that may try to claim you somehow poisoned his beans or something.

I thought he was a young guy as well, but he just turned 42 on December 17th...you'd think he'd know better.

His name is George, I'll be releasing more details in the coming days. I know more about this goof than I ever wanted to...I wonder if there's anyone in Midford, MA that would like to know what George is doing and saying!?! ;)

As for the addy in the profile, I would definitely not list mine if I had a family, or even planned on living here more than a year or two. I already have a next door nieghbor who broke out of jail in New Orleans and has threatened me, so I am not really concerned about some internet psycho.

Good one. I find myself not concerned either. If I had a family and wasnt single, then I wouldnt list my addy.

He may actually find out what the term psycho means knocking on my door. Scared one of the workers at the complex when he was pounding on the door and I opened the door with a 38 special looking at his face. All because he was looking for the man he works for. Needless to say, he doesnt knock that obnoxious any more. :thumbs:
 
if it was me and i had his information i would sign him up for a few monthly buying clubs like columbia etc. I would also make small donations in his name to various groups and send a note saying i would like more info and welcome any phone calls or home visits they may want to do. just a couple of ideas I am not a nice person when I get angry.
 
Unless Rod has changed the board I think anyone can browse the board without signing-in. So BC probably just saw his name and read the thread and thought he would get even. What a POS!!!! I think Scotty did the same kind of thing a few months back. Those two should hook up I think they would be happy together!!!
