From a real estate point of view, if you have a property "listed" and an offer comes in at full asking price with no contigencies (and there's no other offers), you must accept the offer or you are liable to pay the buyer's agent the commission they would have made over the sale. I know this from recent experience.
However this is not real estate, and it really isn't any different than kicking someone out of a retail store, or bar for example.
And especially so since this guy's a Grade A Asshat!
