I vote for the 18th. Its the girlfriends birthday but I think I can probably make it to WVa before she relizes what I'm up to.
 
I think I could do the 18th of August. It is after the RTDA, so I am clear.

Man, I really don't want to say no....but this is exactly the same weekend we had it last year and I forgot I had previously made plans to go to the AMA Races at VIR. I've pretty much had set plans with the people I was supposed to go with last year for this years event.

Aug. 4th I have an obligation with the prospective in-laws. August 11th, 25th or July 28/29 would work for me. Of course, that is just me.
 
The later the better, I'll be deployed until Mid-August (on the current schedule). Otherwise I'll look forward to reading all the stories when I come home.

On the other hand, with our schedule being as solid as the Libations to be had, I wouldn't put too much weight into this comment. I'm sure my deployment will move to ensure I miss another great year.








But I can hope to make it.

alright guys....seeing that the wife is pregnant with triplets and the timing of this event is towards the end of the summer, not sure how this is going to work out. I know for sure that I won't be able to travel up to WV for a weekend. Might be able to have it at my place in North Carolina if that works for everyone.
