Perhaps the solution could be to have the person in front of me in the order to email or PM me when they recieve the box and then I could update my address then or tell them to skip me all together? I would also notify the pass if I have info sooner! Just and idea!

Ok everyone, quick update - cjdoyle had to drop out, he'll be missed - BUT...
I have a replacement! My fiancee's co-workers husband has joined CP as firemedic43 and will be joining us.

not bad....not bad at all. hurry up and get this thing goin would ya. I don't think any of us can wait much longer.
Ok everyone two big updates on the way.....
First: THE RULES. Now if any of you were in my last pass (Dave must be an IDIOT pass), you'll notice that I just copied these word for word from that. I know, I know - I caught a lot of flack for being kinda wordy, kida stingy, whatever, but you know what? The pass went flawlessly, and arrived EXACTLY as I expected when it was done. So, without any further ado.......
1. I like a complete up-to-date inventory. Because of this, I've put every single cigar in it's own numbered bag. YOU WILL DO THE SAME. If you can't handle this, let me know to remove you from the list now.
2. Every single transaction will be hand written on a printed spread sheet with the number of the cigar, your name, and the name of the cigar. You will also post this information to the CigarPass website. This is VERY important to me. If you can't handle this, let me know to remove you from the list now.
3. ISOM in, ISOM out (duh! )
4. Keep the box moving quickly - don't hang on to it ANY longer then necessary.
5. DON'T STEAL MY BAGS. This happened in my last pass, and it pissed me off royally. If you're so cheap that you have to steal ziplock bags from my box pass, maybe you shouldn't be participating. Postage costs a whole lot more then the bags do.
6. DON'T STEAL MY BUBBLEWRAP. This also happened in my last pass. I HATE digging through popcorn / foam packing used to protect liquor bottles from your previous pass / newspaper / whatever-else-you-throw-in-there to find my boxes. I'm going to include enough bubble wrap to protect everything - not enough to supply your needs. If you really need bubblewrap, go buy your own.
7. DON'T STEAL MY PLASTIC CONTAINERS. Ok, this didn't happen in my last pass - but I also didn't include 4 containers (actually only two in this pass). If/when one empties out, LEAVE IT THERE. Once again, if you need a container that bad, go buy your own.
8. DON'T STEAL MY SHARPIE PEN. This happened in my last pass too! I don't care if it's replaced with another felt tip pen. I put a new pen in at the beginning - it should last the entire pass. If you lose it, of leave the cap off so long it dries out, go buy a replacement black Sharpie brand pen to replace it.
9. Remember, the purpose of this pass is for me to get rid of cigars, but not to rape me. I expect everyone to use their best judgement on this. I don't want people to put in more then they took out, but I do expect the quality you put in to be better then the best cigar you take out.
10. Upon someone's suggestion, I'm including an empty box. This box will be for cigars to be given only to me (Hey, I'm the host, I'm allowed to do this! ). Call it the "Congratulations on your new house" box, or the "Gee, you're such a cool guy for hosting this pass" box - whatever you want. Don't put all of your "puts" in there unless you want them to go ONLY to me - no one else. I don't care how much you want that really cool cigar you see in there, IT'S MINE! Leave it. You wouldn't want someone coming into your house and stealing out of your humidor... that's what you would be doing to me. By the way, please include these special cigars on the separate inventory page I'll be including AND post it online.

Damn, my head hurts after reading those rules, maybe I should drop out, I'm not sure I can follow all those rules. I have a bad habit of not recording my takes/puts. And to be honest if I have to type out an inventory of that many smokes to update the list I'll have two headaches. LOL
