After the holidays pass.

Ok here I go again.......

I've been in and outta the hospital, the wife has gone in, the kid has what we have/had, so he might go, its all from a viral infection and it keeps floating around the house, it sucks big time!!!!

I Want to thank everyone for the time, I really needed it. I have never had a pass over 1 day, I turn them quick, so this was just a rariety and I thank you.

Read your post on the fancytales - much better job than I would have done (I'm still trying to figure that flavor thing out...).

I had a Monte Buena Fortuna on the way to work today (I, too am a Monte whore) - the taste was great (as usual, for me as a Monte smoker) / lingered nicely afterwards. It was a stronger smoke, that's for sure, and did have a peppery taste. But I'll be damned if I can tell you chocolate/leather/graham crackers/orange peel/root beer... ??? whatever the heck you guys are tasting...

I just LIKE it!!!! :thumbs:

And by the way... someone mentioned in your post about the fancytail about needing a convertible so they could smoke in their car. I've got a sunroof - was 50 today in the Chicago area, with the sun shining. The sun roof is PERFECT for smoking in the car!!! Not too much wind or noise, takes the smoke out nice - I like it!!!
 
Yeah, I get some of my best smoking done in the car. I've got a two hour break between classes at school, so I'll get in my car, roll the windows down and burn down a stogie while listening to the Dan Patrick Show. As far as tasting the flavors go, I read cA reviews for years before I finally could pick out some of the things they said they were tasting. Some of it I still can't. I'm with you, if I like it, I just like it, but on the occasions where I can detect the subtle notes and backgrounds I'll point them out in a review.

No, I ended up smoking a brother to the davidoff instead. The griffon.really good though.
I'll let you know when. By the way the griffon smoked really slow as well im looking forward to the maduro griffon sitting in the humi.
 
I thought so too but no box yesterday, and I was home sick all day. It should be here today, hopefully.
 
I checked the tracking and it aint listed yet, now woodstock is under manned and they are always slower than snails so it may be on its way but not listed?

Anyway You should have it in the morn I would think, this is priority mail and is not to tke so dam long no matter how few people they got.

Yeah, five days is kind of unusual considering that we don't have anyone out of the contiguous 48 states. Hmmmmmmm, hopefully it'll show up tomorrow. ??? ??? ??? ??? ???
 
I've received stuff from SleepyJim before and it took a day longer than is usual...you must live in the sticks Jim.
 
Well, if it's named Woodstock, can we assume they would all pass a random drug test? :p Just teasin' Sleepy :D
