Damn, some of you boys are putting in some major overtime today. My only question is who is going to win this afternoon's race?

Ginseng and the Volusinator are neck and neck at 34 posts, but this day is very young ladies and gentlemen. Burnt toungue is doing his best to hang on, at just one post behind (33). And don't count out CgarDan and the new-comer, Opus meX, who are both coming on strong at 32 and 31 posts respectively. It's anyone's race boys; who's it going to be? Watch out for the Volusinator... I hear he's got some nitrous oxide fuel in those fingers of his.

The Vegas odds haven't listed yet, but when they do we'll be sure to keep you posted.

**AN UPDATE**

The Volusinator (37) appears to be making a move in an attempt to distance himself from the pack but the sheer will of Ginseng (35) is tremendous. I haven't seen heart and guts like this in a long time, ladies and gentlemen. Can the Volusinator hang on? Where is he getting this energy? Just simply amazing and unbelievable. The question at the moment is can the new-comer, Opus meX (30) contend with these heavyweights? He may have punched himself right out of the race by coming on too strong in the beginning. However, if he can find some more intro posts he might be able to scrap his way back into this race.

Well, I'm going to have to check back on the race later this afternoon because work is calling. Good luck boys! :laugh:

You bastid... I'm trying my best to forget there even was a season this year. I'm on to basketball now where things are much better, although we've lost our last two. :angry:

Since UCONN and Syracuse both only had one win and since Syracuse beat UCONN, that gives UCONN the Big East footall booby prize so reast easy young man, with us around, you're a safe bet to stay out of the basement. ;)

As far as basketball, UCONN is 8-0 but that won't last for too much longer..... :whistling:
 
Oh hell, I'll be a little late to my meeting (it's worth it to provide an incredible update). :laugh:

The Volusinator (47) is beginning to flex his muscles and show what he is truly made of by pulling away and making this a one person race. Ginseng (35) has appeared to have run out of gas and perhaps I spoke too soon about guts and heart. Still, questions remain...

Can the Volusinator continue at this pace? What is keeping this man going? Is it the Nitrous Oxide or something else? Is he doping?

Is Ginseng playing possum? Is the mastermind trying to trick the less experienced Volusinator by lulling him to sleep? I wouldn't be suprised if Ginseng has something up his sleeve!

Can CgarDan (34) step it up and make a run at the Volusinator?

So many questions yet to be answered. Only time will tell and I for one, am clinging to my seat. :D
 
Those guys must have 7 or 8 browsers open to be more efficient! Cheaters!
 
You guys are funny as hell. I just have a job that's really slow this time of year and have a boss that is pretty understanding. Get your work done and the rest is your time. Quite frankly, I really didn't need to even come in today, today's work was done yesterday. But theres so many cool things going on on CP right now, especially with the Bravo Draft.

No post padding, just having fun.
 
You should bring boxes to work to make clocks! Be getting paid double time, in theory!

There are some limits....that would cross the line I believe. But Ted and I have played 2 small Texas Hold 'em tournaments at my desk today! :rolleyes: I mean it really is slow right now. We each get 20 chips and play till someone has them all. We keep track of the results in Excel. Over the year I'm up 187 to 245, that includes

Omaha
Pineapple
Crazy Pineapple
Hold 'em

I know....get a life! :whistling:
