Your favorite corn recipe?

This is the best corn.

Kanga Kopiro - (Rotten Corn)



Carefully follow the instructions below:

* Place 10 - 15 maize / corn cobs into a sugar bag.
* Place the bag into a fresh water running stream for approximately 3 months or until you feel they are rotten.
* You may choose to place your maize into a large container if you are not close to a stream, but you must change the water daily.
* Once the cobs are rotten, miri the kernels off.
* Boil the kernels for about an hour and serve with sugar and cream.
 
I could be wrong but isn't that the REALLY moldy corn stuff that's popular somewhere? I could be completely wrong but I think I saw that on Bizzare Foods or No Reservations or something.

I like to husk mine and place it in tinfoil add 1.5 tbsp of butter a liberal amount of parmesan cheese fine and freshly grated with a bit of chile powder a couple pinches of salt then squeeze some lime on it. Throw it on the bbq and cook to your preference.

Btw E send me some of those kabobs since Phil doesn't like them.
