Last night, after getting home from the weekend and getting partially unpacked, my door bell rings. I go to the door and there is a shady looking character at my door, holding something behind his back.

It went something like this.

"Jeff"?
"yeah, and you are"?
"none of your business....how about a bomb" ...............Now I'm hoping that what I have behind my back, is bigger than what he has behind his back!

Then he smiles and says
"I'm Joe, Joemo @JoeMO " ..........and he hands me a bag of cigars.

Joe came in and we chatted for a few minutes. He informed me he was making the trek to the "Quad State HERF. (consider me sufficiently jealous)

Getting a bomb in person makes for a wonderful day! Joe, I can't thank you enough for the cigars, the few minutes we had to chat, and the fact that you thought of me as you made your cross-country trek! I apologize I was in the middle of ten different things but your visit made my weekend!

Ya gotta love this place!

Edited to add: Thank you Joe for the awesome cards and pictures. You're hobby takes you to places that make me feel good!

This is the first time I have seen a bomb delivered in person without the person's knowledge. I love it nicely done Joe!!!!
It was perfectly played! Nobody ever rings my side doorbell other than the occasional solicitor, family and friends use the back door off the deck. The side door hasn't been there that long.....just since I added on the man cave.

And there have been a few odd occurrences lately so I tend to arm myself when I don't recognize the vehicle. I'm sure I raised an eyebrow when Joe said "none of your business....how about a bomb".

I will treasure each and every one of those sticks!
