Wireless hygrometers?

I've had them salt testing for about 48+ hrs now; one is at 70.6%, and the other is at 72.1% RH. Double bagged.

For the life of me, I can't see or figure out how to calibrate them. Can you manually calibrate the Govee units, or should I just make note of how far off they are and go from there?

There should be a settings section in the app, that you can make your calibration adjustments

So before I go ahead and buy 5 of anything, I'd like to know.
I've currently bought 3 different units, but anyone recommendations from experience would be great.

What model Govee you bought? I have the CI Smart Sensor and it worked fine for a while, but then shot up to 95% in my humidor, I bought a Bovida calibration pack and it refuses to calibrate... tried the past week... it never comes out of the "finalizing calibration" screen in the app... and shows 95% LOL....
so I'd like to try the Govee, but what model is the better one for that $20?

seriously, the SensorPush is considered "the best", the Cadillac? How long does the batter last? I'm so sick of these hydrometers not working... I thought the SmartSensor would be the end all be all... battery barely lasts a month, and I've had it maybe a year now and the thing is all out of whack and refuses to finish calibrating :-(

I'll spend the cash LOL

The ones I have are 2 years old and still have 4 out of 5 bars for battery. When I recalibrated them this week all were in spec except for one. So I have to replace 1 out of 10 after 2 years or just remember how off it is🤷‍♂️

Looking back thru amazon order history....I got my Sensor Push HT1's in 2019. Replaced batteries in 22, and again in 24.

Keeping in mind, I put them in my fridge and freezer for extended periods over the last year while diagnosing some cycling issues. *cold hurts battery life.
 
I replace the battery in my sensor push every other year. They seem to last a little over two years for me.
 
I started with three SensorPush units. Now I've got four Govee, one SensorPush. Two of the SP's gave up the ghost. I was able to actually fix one (nice thing about having an SMT lab at work...) but it died not long after.

The basic WiFi Govee's have been super reliable and work great. IMHO you cannot beat them for the price. I salt test them when new, and again when they need a battery but that's only every 2-3 years. There is a Govee that offers net communication. Never had my hands on it.

Mine live bottom, mid, and top in my 'phone booth' shaped cabinet. One lives in my 'dry' desktop, the SensorPush reads ambient conditions in the room where the cabinet lives. The Govee hygros have great range, and I really like them. Honestly, they and their app seem more 'solid' than the SensorPush units, but that's one guy's opinion, and worth what you paid for it.

Edited to add - found this statement that more or less explains the "two year" claim - looks like that refers to the storage in the unit itself:

Enjoy 20 days of online data storage view and export up to 2 years' worth of data seen through clear historical trends and graphs.
