Why the hell does Illusione Cigar's website....

How do you know that the proprietor of your favorite B&M doesn't go home to dress up in a tutu while surfing the Internet for midget clown porn? I honestly don't know what the guys at the B&M's I frequent do in their spare time, and I don't care, because it does not impact my interactions with them. I expect well-stored cigars at a reasonable price, as marked in the humidor and good suggestions if I ask. I'm pleasantly surprised when I'm treated to a little extra product because he's in a good mood.

I visit Fumare occasionally, and Dion has always been top notch. That's all that needs to be said.

It could very well be about the branding of the cigars as well... consider the name Illusione... adding a bit of mystery and intrigue. :)
 
I picked up an Illusione m7 at Blue Havana last week (only B&M in Chicago that carries them), but I'm letting it adjust to my humi before I light up.

If it's as good a cigar as everyone says, I'm will to overlook the tinfoil hats and CIA mind-control beams :laugh:
 
He's definatly a character but who cares....He makes a damn fine cigar and that's all I care about....

Now I'm off to stock up on gallon jugs of water and non-perishable freeze dried potatos... :p

Only prob. is I live IN the city (Logan Square). If this m7 smokes well, I might be tempted to make the drive out there. I see Cigar King in Skokie has them too.
 
Oh, and another thing about Blue Havana.

You walk in that humidor, look at the price tags, and say, "Jeez, these are a little overpriced."

Then they ring you up AND ADD THE TOBACCO TAX AT THE REGISTER!!! :angry:

I heard the guy was into numerology, which explains the names for the various vitolas. Other than that i have no idea what else he's into. Not that i really care. :D His cigars are well made and a couple of them are actually pretty good smokes, the only problem will be in trying to memorize which number goes with which size for the sake of future conversation. :)
 
I'll give him my 10,000 votes for most likely to be huddled in his basement with firearms and MREs, but those are some nice smokes. Ain't America grand?

I'm a little confused why anyone would call another CP brother a nutjob....without doing something to deserve it.

Dion is cool, didn't sound like a nutjob to me when I talked to him on the phone a few months ago. I guess everyone has the right to their opinions, but calling vudu9 a nutjob just doesn't seem right.
