I don't quite follow Moki, can you explain a bit more? I know the Opus X is grown in a very small area of land but what, given the opportunity cost of using that land for [premium cigars is low, makes the process of producing an Opus more expensive than other cigars in the Fuente line?
I'm speculating, mind you, but I'd have to say primarily because of the difficulty and yield problems with growing that type of wrapper in the Dominican Republic. The filler is not a problem.
