hmm, i was planning to maybe visit nyc during spring break, where all my friends are.

i could prolly do it there.

but for me, i have to travel like 2 hrs to the airport... and it'd cost money to by the ticket, rent a car, etc.

LOL, THAT'S the biggest potential expense of the weekend. :D

"Gimme $110.00 inside." Now, if I lose about five of those bets in a row at the craps table, it will add significantly to my total trip cost!
 
I'd love to come and could probly make it if it doesn't conflict with my annual convention in Anaheim. It is usually the first weekend in March. Vegas in March good :D

i dont think its a matter of intrest... every person in here would love to go to a big herf! vegas is the best place too, everyone can get a farly cheap ticket.

but, the prob.. as always.. money and time... sigh, if we all had enough of both we would have it made!

i do vote for a texas herf in san antonio or austin... id be there for sure!

Agree with most..... flying to Vegas is cheap. For those on a budget, rooming with someone cuts your cost in half. (but don't sleep on your stomach if you room with The Beast :) ) This trip could be done from just about anywhere in the country for $500 or less.....and in most instances, less. Granted that won't include a lot of gambling or booze but you can still get a waitress to serve you on the nickle machines. ;)

Rod, mark me down as a verifiable maybe. No way to make plans that far out for me at this current time.
 
I've been layin' off this for as long as possible. Like Kenny, I'm 75% sure I could swing it! :sign: The 25% is the wife thing! LMAO!!

Gawd, if I were employed, I (we) would be there in a heart beat. I 2nd that vote...I :love: Vegas. BlackJack player here, and have never gone home with less $$ than I went with.
 
This far in advance is really hard to tell....but now that I get paid vacation I will STRONGLY consider it!

I hate to put pressure on you, but do you have a date for the CP Herf in Vegas yet? I have been holding open some dates in March, hoping that I can attend. Unfortunately, I need to make a decision on the herf or another trip in the very near future. I can make it the weekends of March 12 and 19 (my spring break from the god forsaken classes I am taking). If you would prefer to do the herf on another weekend, no problem, but I have a very short window of opportunity to commit to the other trip if I can't do Vegas. (My therapist at the institution does not understand, but I would prefer to do Vegas with you louts!) :D
