What's your New Year's Cigar?

Thinking about either a Ashton VSG Robusto (thanks Ginseng) or maybe one of the Opus X's that I have managed to acquire..not sure yet, both have been on my mind a lot lately. :D

Do you like the black or clear bottle? The wife really likes this stuff too.

I bought a 5-er of some Siglo VI's about seven months ago and haven't even tried one yet (hard to believe). I think 01-01-2006 at 00:01 is just the right time.....

Cheers - B.B.S.

I think I will light up one of the Masterpiece's I just purchased - Based on its size, it may last me until 2007  - My big day for cigars is going to be on 1-2-06 this year - get together with a group of guys for the past 20 years for bowl day - start @ 10am and go to midnight - gambling, alcohol, cigars and food - no kids, wifes - oh it is my favorite day of the year - hope my wife doesn't read this  Best to everyone in 06

I would highly recommend most anything from Mumm in Napa Valley. Mostly they produce sparkling wines which can be picked up at most decent liquor stores. I had the opportunity to tour their facilities and enjoy a tasting last spring and was quite impressed. I've never really like any sparkling wine or champagne in the past, and I think they may have changed my mind.

And I still haven't made up my mind as to what I'll be enjoying for cigars.

1926 no. 9 natural or if time is a problem, which it most likely will be, a 1926 no. 35.

It's been an awesome year for me, so here is the lineup for New Year's eve:

JL PC in the morning
PSP #2 after lunch
Trinidad Reyes in the afternoon
Siglo VI after dinner
Trinidad RE to ring in the New Year

'97 Lusitania for Christmas.

Happy Holidays all.

Give us a review Tone-NY! please!

I smoked a Diamond Crown Maximus #4 last year, and this year I'll smoke a Diamond Crown Maximus 1895 Perfecto. :D

Probably have a Camacho Liberty depending on which bar I'm at.

That is what I had last year. I am trying to figure out what to do this year, since I was in Times Square last year. New Year's Eve is always my big holiday, and I usually will work Christmas and Thanksgiving to ensure that I have it off.

The wonders of being young and single...

probably nothing, gotta chase some gal’s around at what ever party I’m at which means cigar breath is a no, no. Depending on how the night goes I may have something after.

Davidoff 1986 Dom Peringon, it's my 50th birthday on New Years Eve. Thanks to Moki for making the cigar available during the Katrina auctions.

Dom of course

I don't have anything special in my humi right now, so I think I'll stop at my local shop and pick up a PAN or 2 (they usually only have the nats in stock). Maybe an Ashton VSG too.
