Would have to have only been true during the time between the aforementioned members signing on. Which would have to have been either the 7th or 8th of August in 2001.

It is simple mathamatics and pure logic.

Except member numbers do not directly correlate (sp?) to the number of members. A member can register and be assigned a member number but if he doesn't validate his account he is not counted as a member

Not necessarily, as Fast pointed out, the number of members is NOT the same as the member number of the most recent member.

For instance at this moment we have 1497 members but the member # of the newest member is 1514.
