What's on your plate today?

Last night made some sausage, bean and swiss chard soup. Homemade venison pan sausage and pork broth, plus fresh chard=yum!
Didn't realize it until after I added it, but one of the cans of beans had jalapenos. That gave it a nice zing on a cool wet evening.
 
Easy to make and really, really good. Next time I'll salt the chicken breast before I assemble it, though---fresh mozzarella isn't nearly as salty as the regular kind.

Yeah, I guess I forgot to mentions that part. I did it right before going into the oven...I added ground pepper & salt. If you look very closely, you'll see it on the chicken! :D
