Made my third batch of pho this weekend. 20 hours in the crockpot! Came out great. I'm sorta past the measuring stage and into the "pinch of this, scoop of that, looks about right" stage with the seasonings.

I made another batch of coconut lentil curry. This time instead of shrimp I added some fish cakes I found at the local asian market.
