Jeff Beck > You
Also, young Tal Wilkenfeld! Jeff could have hired any bass player he wanted...
I can't remember who it was, but I read an interview from a guitar player I admire (which was why I was reading the interview, silly), and he said that he once saw Jeff Beck take off his guitar while still fretting a note mid-song, let the neck slide through his hand, and land on the right pitch during the next measure. THEN, he flicked/threw the guitar straight back up with his fretting hand (left arm) and slide up to the correct pitch during the subsequent measure -- all with only his left hand. Stage presence like no other.
