Hmmmmm... To call Kim Deal a OHW is a bit of a disservice, methinks. I mean, Black Francis disbanded the Pixies because he was pissed at her for being more popular than him. I suppose that The Breeders, as a band, fits the title in popular lore (as only the "Alt" kids really know anything beyond Cannonball), but Kim has longevity.

It's the group, not the members in the group.
 
Shortly after graduating high school at 17, I packed up what little shit I had and moved from Iowa to SoCal to make my own way. First order of business? Well hell, I need to get a board and learn how to surf! I guess I’m a slow learner, so I decided that what I really needed was some genuine surf music to get in the groove. Well, I never could get up on the board, but I knew every song on this cassette frontwards and backwards. I still have the board, and I’m still as good as I never was!
