I shared this with the VHERF guys last week, so here it is for the rest of CP. I spent like a half hour on the lyrics, so it’s not my strongest showing in that department. But I think most everyone still thought it was fun and catchy.

Before marring John McVie, Christine Perfect was the singer for Chicken Shack one of the many British blues band of the tine. In 1968 they released "When The Train Comes Back" In 1970 she redid the song with Fleetwod Mac. Having been singing the blues since 1965 it is no surprise that her first solo album "Christine Perfect" would have some blues standards on it. One of them was her take on Etta James' "I Would Rather Go Blind"
