Where did all my money go?
Wasn’t sure whether to put this in the whiskey, rum, etc. thread, so opted to start this thread.
Rye & Ginger 2.0 is very refreshing and you have to be careful because they go down so easy. @britishfields and I fell in love with these on our recent adventure to Canada Niagara Falls. We both went to the ABC store to get the ingredients same day on our return home.
1 oz of Canadian Whisky like Crown Royal or Canadian Club
1 oz of Ginger Liquer
1/2 oz of Limoncello (optional)
A few dashes of Angostura Bitters
Squeeze the juice of a lime wedge into a glass of ice
Top with Ginger Beer. Gosling comes to mind, but my favorite is Fever Tree. It has a nice spicy bite. Stir and enjoy!
Post here if you try it and let me know what you thought. I’d love to know.
