I was smoking an Anejo...one of 2 that I have left
...and thought to myself, "What makes people smoke/like cigars?".
I'd like to hear from the BOTL's themselves...from the experienced ones and from the newbies.
Here's my take on it:
I like the complex flavors...the roasty, coffee, slightly sweet, creamy, full flavors.
No cigarette can give me that. While smoking the Anejo, I got this sensation of eating a brownie...that feeling of satisfaction you get when you savor eating your favorite meal.
I like the history behind cigars. How the market has changed...how Cubans are no longer "the" cigars.
And of course, the buzz.
