Padrón 2000 Maddie at 22:00 other the damn skeeters, a nice "cool" evening to enjoy a cigar on.

I had a Don Pepin Garcia Blue Label Torpedo this afternoon. A very good smoke usually, but I think my palette was a little mucked up because it just wasn't as good as it normally is.
 
I had a Punch Punch 04 while weeding and tending to the garden. Then I took the dog all of 50' to the park and thoroughly enjoyed an FFOX Super Beli while playing ball until my arm hurt and she could barely walk back to the house.
 
Went to this "Cigar Tuesday Event at The Party Source right across the river in KY. For $10 you got a CAO Italia, LGC Serie R and AF Lonsdale. Lots of people there, smoked the Serie R with a friend and had a few beers.

Oh yea A "Cheap Bastard" the wife bought me as a gag decent smoke actually, hand rolled in the DR. Oh well
 
Smoked a Padron Londres Natural while hooking up my soaker hoses and setting them up to water my foundation. The Texas heat and water restrictions no fun. :angry:

But, at least it gave me time to enjoy a good smoke. :cool:
 
A AF Exquisito in the car yesterday and a AF King B on the lawnmower last night. Once again the King B had serious burn issues, but the flavor was so nice I didn't mind all the retouching.
 
Had a King B last night on the drive home at around 10:15pm. It was a beautiful night on the LA freeways so I had all my windows down. The first 2/3's of the King B were so unlike a King B, razor sharp burn, and tasted like a mix between a hemmingway and a don carlos. Then come the burn issues I dread, but at least my lighter was working, well sorta working, it only took like 10 pumps to get it lit :)

All in all a solid smoke, probably the best tasting one I have tried.
 
I had an H.Upman Monarch (don't know the year) gifted to me by Roy R. Frush. The some started out non-descript but opened up to copius, smooth, leathery and just a hint of pepper finish in the last 5/8ths. Thanks Elliot! :)
 
Tonight, I enjoyed a Partagas Robusto -- an excellent little smoke!
 
Just finished a Padron 2K maddie, and will probably have a SLR 'A' or something similar after dinner.

Just had my second ever Anejo no. 55. Damn good smoke. Kept getting tight on the draw, but nothing that a little additional clip from the cap couldn't fix.

Last night, I had a LFD Chiselito, whatever the little one is called. It kicked my ass, snuck up on me in the last half. The burn was excellent and even throughout, the draw was very good. I enjoyed this, could this be the poor man's xXx alternative?
 
Last night I smoked a 98 JLP courtesy of Wilkey... Boy, age has not diminished the intensity of this one! Full-on brash enjoyable Cuban flavor through out. Thanks Wilkey!
Followed with a LFD Double Ligero courtesy of LouieD. The pre-light draw was fantastic. The burn was razor sharp. Unfortunately it never opened up flavor wise and then half way it went sour. I had to pitch it! Thanks Louie, they all can't be great I guess!

Just finished an Ashton Aged Maduro #40...quite possibly one of the best maduro's I've ever had. Outstanding smoke!

If you haven't had one yet, I HIGHLY recommend.
