Same here, it’s just a touch on the after taste, but delicious coffee. Also, 100 percent women owned... so there is a bit of saltiness to itHuh I don’t ever remember seeing Raisin as a tasting notes.
I figured it out in grams. 4 grams coffee, 20 grams SCM. I just fill the filter up to the top after the initial bloom. Drinking way more of them unsweetened though. About to buy some Trung Nguyen beans.Yay!
I'm using three tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk, two tablespoons of ground espresso roast, one cup of boiling water, and loving it. But my limit is ONE. If I have a second glass, I start feeling like I'm flying at ground level!
