What coffee did you drink today?

Can I say most of them? LOL! I get something new shipped pretty much on a weekly basis from a curated collection of roasters, and I have my preferences pretty well dialed in to get what I like - Light roasted single origins that are bright and unique.

Sort of reminds me of my daughter's friend's parents who make craft chocolate using single origin cacao beans. Some of their chocolate has very unique flavors like passion fruit even though it's just chocolate.

My knowledge of coffee is pretty minimal. I did have some in Jamaica once that has always stood out in my mind for some strange reason. I tend to put a lot of stuff in mine be it milk or sweetener etc., which I would guess ruins to some degree the blends you like.

I really need to get back into roasting my own. Perhaps 2025 will be the come-back year. Lol
