Went with a 2010 Bigfoot for the night. It’s drinking well but not in a sweet spot. If I’m still wanting more BW I’ll report back on a 2012 bottle. Cheers!!!View attachment 54329
Mile maybe, "town" is about 45 though.Damn, how far is your mailbox from your house? And you’re welcome, hope you enjoy the beavers.

I like it super fresh when it’s nice and hoppy or I like 3+ years. Anything in between has this weird bitterness from all the hops they put into fresh Bigfoot. That’s one beer I’ve never been able to enjoy, no matter the age.
I could never drink it fresh, always liked it aged though. Think I still have some 05 bottles in the cellar.I like it super fresh when it’s nice and hoppy or I like 3+ years. Anything in between has this weird bitterness from all the hops they put into fresh Bigfoot.
Popped open a 12 to see how it’s doin. Just a bit more bite on the finish not sure if hop or malt prob hop but it’s pretty much at the same place as the 2010. These have spent a lot more time cellaring in my fridge so I need to grab some from my temp controlled storage to see the difference in aging but these we’re practically the sameView attachment 54331

Yeah pretty much anything they make is legit. Visited the brewery a couple years ago and it was a legit place too. Had triple stack on tapNice, I’ve always though GN did great work.
