What Beer Did You Drink Today (2018)

Yesterday had this courtesy of John. Excellent on a hot day like yesterday. Aromas of pineapple and lemon, sour lemon, smooth and easy drinkablity if you don’t pucker easily. This one made me pucker. It was like drinking a lemonade with little sugar. Good stuff! Definitely has more mouthfeel than GD strawberrry rhubarb. Honestly, I like both, and I’m intrigued to keep exploring sours.
 
Had several different beers over the weekend, but this one stood out...... Hoppin Frog Cafe Silk Porter. The coffee is perfect in this on. I love these, and Jeff always hooks me up with them whenever he or I come to visit.

I remember really liking that beer. I think I might have gotten it from Jeff too.
 
Been drinking Guinness Foreign Extra because the options in Kenya are quite limited. Especially outside of Nairobi.
 
The Foreign Export version is my favorite version of Guinness. The extra booze quotient helps give it a more full, rounded out flavor.
