Yesterday I did 4 rotisserie chickens in a nice rub, and used Fat Tire to baste them during cooking. Also did 3 tri-tip roasts, 1 Guy Fieri from Costco, 1 with a dry rub, and 1 that had a pesto glaze on it.
Then there was some salads, corn, and beans.
I didn't have the opportunity to smoke anything yesterday, but had some great food and drinks with very good friends.
