Has anyone ever frozen armadillo eggs? I made too many and I don't want them to go to waste.
I did and they weren’t the same. The cream cheese gets kind of funky after you freeze it.Has anyone ever frozen armadillo eggs? I made too many and I don't want them to go to waste.

Got some potatoes, carrots, and mushrooms cooking with the ribeye on standby. Gonna get the mode right with a little shine from my buddy @SKYDIVNEKD
Let’s go!
Not criticizing at all, as I'm sure it'll be amazing, but I've reached the point where I would have cooked the steak in the pan.View attachment 54432

For sure, it’s the only way I do it. Even in the winter if I don’t feel like digging out the smoker, I’ll slow cook it in the oven at about 160 for two hours or so and then sear it in cast iron or on the grill. So much more tender.Reverse sear is the best IMHO.
