We lost a great dog today

He's been missing for 2 days, and we just got the call, someone found him dead, hit by a car about 1/4 mile from our house. This dog had an amazing personality, me and the family are devastated. I haven't lost a pet in along time, didn't realize it was this damn hard

We have five little mutts, and they are all family members. I know how hard it would be to lose one of them.

Sorry to hear about your lose. Its hard to let go of pets.

We had to put down my childhood dog in August. He was an 18yr cocker-spaniel.

Our new pup is a 6 1/2 month old cocker-spaniel thats a handful and a half.

BTW, he was a very nice looking dog.

My condolences on your loss, Frank. As others have noted, pets soon become members of the family, and their loss is felt deeply. My advice is to get another dog, not to replace the one you lost, but to fill the void that's currently in your household.

I know how you feel I lost my dog a couple years ago and it hurt so bad I still havn't got another.
