Ok, the box is in route to Alaska. Jim it's coming express mail and will need to be signed for. Hope that isn't a problem. Express was almost $6.00 cheaper than priority and will be there Monday guaranteed.

Guys, if this is the same box that was used for the first go around the dimentions are exactly 108 inches which should not incur an oversize charge. I know when my PO first measured it she came up with all these extra charges and I questioned her how the original person was able to send it to me for such a lower amount....... she remeasured a bit more carefully and found the box exactly 108 inches which cut the shipping cost in half.

Don't know if that was the case here but wanted to mention it for people down the line to make sure and insist the box is 108 inches. (that is, if its the same box we used in the first go around)
 
This box is quite a bit smaller than the one in the first round. With the recent rate changes by the USPS it has become more expensive, but I have something in mind that will ease the pain of the shipping charges for all the members in the second round. :)
