Here's another good tip for you and other newbies, place your address in your profile, you never know which of these fine brothers might send you a little somethin to get you by for a while. :D

LOL! The three letters AIP, when used judiciously, can reap great benefits, grasshopper!

Welcome from MI. Great advice on everything CoventryCat is a stand up botl and took me in a good direction with my first cubans.
Just bye when you can and write notes on what you smoke that way you can save cash.

Welcome Cameron,
glad you found us. I hope you enjoy smoking some fine cigars, they certainly are better than those one's with the plastic tips. Try to pace yourself, and of course if you dont know already, make sure you eat before you smoke, and DON'T INHALE! ;)

:) I will say I was guilty of inhaling my first time, and got sorta green :)

I took your advice on the address part :D

I went to the tobacco shop and got the most expensive cigars they had ($5 for a 5pack)

Why do I see some people never light their cigar? they just walk around with it very soggy? And is it okay to drool all over your cigar (I can't help it when I first light it sometimes)

On the subject of a humidor, are the ones on ebay quality? I really like the prestige associated with cigars, and wouldn't mind making a $150 investment on a fancy one for show :)

Are cubans really the "best" or are they the "best" because they are illegal?
