Very busy past three weeks with a very rewarding end.

Well, I have not been on much the past three weeks or so. Two consecutive work trips each a week long, and then a family vacation that we just got back from. The reward you may be wondering about. About four weeks ago I applied for a new job. Had the first interview a week later. Second interview when I got back from my last work trip. Yesterday while on vacation, I got my offer letter via email. The VP wants to push forward, and wrote the offer even before all of my references checked out. It is an Inside Sales position, with a tactical gear/body armor manufacturer, and only two miles from home, with a healthy salary increase to top it off. So after nearly ten years with my current employer, I am off to other things, with a smile on my face, and a fresh new outlook on the future.

It has been a good past few weeks.

Sounds like a fun job. Do you get to demonstrate the product. There's nothing like getting padi to go to the gun range and shoot stuff.

Thats great Bill, congratulations. Nothing beats finding a new job that cuts the commute down. More time for the things that matter.

Awesome news! Good for you. Enjoy the new gig! Always looking for good casual style clothing based Class III systems with decent stab protection. I live near Hartford.
