Vegas cigar shops?

Just booked the rooms for a trip to Vegas in October! I know it's a long time away, but I am excited to visit some new cigar shops and lounges. If anyone has any recommendations of a must visit shop, or even just some where you had a great experience smoking, I want to hear about it!!!
 
Are those Fuentes in your avatar? A must see cigar shop in Vegas......hmmmmmmmm..... :whistling: :laugh:
 
Another vote for Casa Fuente. Grab yourself a smoke and sit in the lobby right next to the escalators and blow your smoke at all them snobs. Be sure to enjoy 5 or 6 of their mojitos.

Smoking laws changed in Vegas a while back and made cigar smoking more difficult. You can still smoke at the casinos, some are starting to have "smoke free areas" as well. But I don't know of any poker tables that will let you smoke cigars; they all seem to be smoke free environments. No places that serve food will allow cigars, so even the old steak houses that had a cigar lounge are gone.

For purchasing cigars, you should just bring your own. It really isn't worth the premium to purchase in Vegas. Unless of course you are looking for cigars that you can only find at .. Casa Fuente. :thumbs: The "Casa Fuente" brand you can only purchase from the Casa Fuente shop; but everything else is sold at a premium, unless you are unable to find it elsewhere. ... Grandfathered in to allow Cigar smoking in the Forum Shops; they have some awesome cocktails. My personal favorite is the Caprinha (sp?). But if you are more into the spirits, and you plan on being there for a while, I'd recommend becoming a member of their Spirits Society; it pays off in the long (and often short) run.

There are a few other Cigar friendly establishments:
The Havana Club has a nice lounge, but it is off strip:

Havana has since closed. They moved somewhere close to the old location and changed names but
I have not been there since the move.

If you haven't smoked a Casa Fuente torpedo or churchill, there is really only one answer.
 
I wouldn't recommend buying any smokes there, but once you have made your purchase head over to Napoleons in the Paris. Its one of my favorite places to sit and smoke a cigar. They have a few decent piano players too. I would also echo the Case Fuente recommendations.
 
I smoke a lot of cigars at Rhumbar at the Mirage. We always buy drinks but bring our own cigars. I also like hanging out at Parasol Up at Wynn. I find the eye candy in the casinos to be quite a bit nicer than Casa Fuente, other than the waitresses. Almost all the casino bars are cigar friendly. Isla Bar at TI and others that serve food being the exception. If you are at TI head over to the Breeze Bar.

Andre's inside the Monte Carlo has a dedicated cigar lounge but they are open limited hours. (5-10 pm most nights.)

If you're playing table games in the high limit areas or on even on the floor at $100.00 a hand minimum just ask and they'll bring you cigars for free. Be sure to tip.
 
So Casa de Fuente looks unreal! I will definitely make that visit and pick up some "Casa Fuente" brand cigars, and maybe go crazy on one or two sticks. It seems like bringing my own is a good way to save some money in that crazy town, so thanks for that bit of advice. Thanks for all the suggestions... I can't wait :D

Check out Pheasant Cigars as well. Never been there, but have heard great things through other BOTL's.
 
I am thinking.... casa fuente in september/october. Start saving cory, robuchon is your treat right?
