I drive by there frequently, and I remember spending hours there trolling the racks for additions to my collection. Of course, when I married my wife, I found my collection of music completely overwhelmed by hers.

BTW The Wherehouse has gone out of business as well. I grew up very near the one at Prospect and Lawrence Expy.

As cheesed-out as they look now, those Sleestaks used to be pretty damn spooky. :laugh:

Except I never understood why they were so scared of them ... they were so frick'n slow Chaka should have been able to run circles around them.

Agreed. I guess "creepy" is more of the word I was goin' for. They were damn slow!
