Update your preferences for c page

If you're sick of 10 emails a day from c. page go to the bottom of your latest email from them where you can "update your preferences" and click one per day. It works.
PS-the day I give advice on using the internet means hell has frozen over!

I wonder how they determine... "the one"?

As in, which email makes the cut.. or if it's just random. For the folks who make the change, let's post here the one each of us get. I'm kinda curious.. plus it'll bump a great thread up for the folks who might miss it otherwise. I mean, at least for a few days anyway!
